SplashBag is tough
The PVC coated polyester mesh used in a SplashBag is also used for covers on dump truck loads. You can put more in your bag then you could ever carry. But the bag weighs less that 2 pounds. It's mildew and fade resistant and made to get wet. It is hand-sewn in Key Largo by experienced boating canvas and sail makers. We use super strong YKK #10 all plastic zippers and a heavy duty polyester thread to bind it all together. No stuck zippers, no gaping seams.

How to clean your SplashBag:
Prepare cleaning solution using 1 tbsp. liquid dish detergent and 2 tbsp. household bleach in one gallon of water. Clean fabric with sponge or soft cloth dipped in solution.
Rinse thoroughly with clear water and air dry. Rinse thoroughly again. (Rinse it again bleach is not good for the webbing it could fade it if you don't rinse) - Message from the Dept of Redundancy Department
Avoid direct contact with oil-based products which may cause accelerated aging of fabric. If direct contact occurs, clean promptly.
Regular maintenance of your SplashBag will help extend the life of the fabric. Clean 1–2 times a year when in moderate use (more frequently when used heavily).
